Preferred Restoration and Construction really did an outstanding job on my house, which was damaged by a big North Carolina pine tree during a storm. After filing a claim with my insurance company, Mike Howie called me to asked if I was OK. Then he called a couple crews in immediately to started cleaning the office where the ceiling had caved in. They were tremendous and stayed until almost 7:30 at night sealing up back of house and roof, in case rain came so it wouldn't have gotten into the house.

Robert stayed in touch throughout the whole restoration of house, which took weeks. He was very wonderful to work with and explained everything. The job they did was just fantastic. They handled everything from start to finish and were very attentive and excellent.
