We had some water damage on our floors at rental in North Carolina and the home owner's insurance claimed it was something that it wasn't. We were in Florida at the time so we relied heavily on Robert from Preferred Restoration to interact with the home owner's insurance people. He pull up the floors, dried it out, and interacted with the insurance people. He documented that it was a piping problem so we got the appropriate parts installed quickly and got a great deal to go along with it. They made what could have been a horrible experience a great one.
