Not A Happy Customer
We purchased the emergency program plan,where we get priority for service calls... I guess priority means waiting since Saturday for service. Now I have unnecessary water damage thanks to their delays! It is now Tuesday and they have no idea when someone is going to make it out here!! Thanks for the great level of service (sarcasm)
