Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning

These people are Excellent

My wife and I were told earlier in this past summer(2011),that our entire system was going to need to be replaced, due to its age and quality. We purchased our home new in 1999 and the builder used a cheaper(and I do mean Cheaper)unit for the house.Every year that we have lived in this house,we have spent money,in many ways,to keep this unit operating, including but not limited to refrigerant being added. This past past summer it needed 2 lbs of refrigerant again. Our utility bills had never been higher and time was running out on the old one.
I made several phone calls to area A/C companies to get quotes for the replacement, and as of this date I am still waiting on every single one to come out and give me an estimate...Except for JON WAYNE...They were the first one that I called and the first to call me back.
Carlos Felix was the salesperson that arrived at our home,ON TIME.He took precise measurements and made a complete inspection of all areas of the attic, which is where our air handler is located. He then determined what size of unit would be needed to serve our needs.
My wife and I made the decision to have them do the installation with the understanding that it needed to be done in co-ordination with a concrete slab that was going to be done at the same time, mainly because I wanted to put the new compressor/heat pump on a concrete surface.I kept them informed of the progress of the concrete job, which they needed to know because they would need to remove the old unit for the slab's completion.
As it worked out,we were without heat for a couple of nights while the concrete forms were set and the concrete was poured.
Jon Wayne's crew of 3 technicians arrived at 9:30a.m.,on time as well, and worked tirelessly all day long.I NEVER saw them standing around,or not doing something at all. These guys took their time, did it right and made use of the nice cool day they had to work with.At 10:00p.m. that evening we were handed the keys(so to speak)and have noticed major changes in our comfort already. We have not had a full month yet to see what our utility bill will look like, but I can't wait to see some lower dollar figures.
The Crockett system that we purchased is just what we were looking for to keep our house comfortable. The air filtration system included with this system hopefully will help myself and my oldest son with seasonal allergies and asthma. This system is also very quiet, compaired to what we used to have, that is hard to tell when its operating. The house used to have a low humm when it ran and now you have to lift a window and listen to hear it.
Overall,WE are COMPLETELY satisfied with every aspect of the sales, installation, service, professionalism, and quality of our choice to use JON WAYNE for our heating and cooling needs.WE will also recommend that our friends and family use JON WAYNE for any of their needs in the future.
A Special thanks to Carlos Felix for being patient, the Installation crew,Kevin,Lance, and Marshall for doing such an OUTSTANDING job,and Chris for doing the Follow-up/Quality inspection.
As I informed Carlos;....Jokingly....I only have one Complaint....There should have been a TV crew here to document and or photograph every aspect and results of the installation.
Thanks Guys,JOB WELL DONE....
