2009 Christmas Eve our 24 year old system crashed and although there was nothing that could be done at that last notice Abel went and purchased a heater to hold us until they could get out and replace the unit. Since the new system was installed our eclectic bill has gradually dropped each month even during the hottest and coldest months. It is quiet and the service checks are a great peace of mind. The service was great at the beginning and is still great, the hold up their end of the contract and have our service tech out to check the system twice a year. An still just as professional as they were in 2009.
