Called JW for an emergency repair.
Ants had shorted out control in outside unit. Tech tried to sell a lot of things that a 2 yr old unit should not needed. After spending over $700 the unit will not cool and will not kick into high speed. These people are over priced and not worth the time. I am afraid to call them to see what could be done to fix my problem as it will probably cost a lot more money.
