Being time for my periodic tune-up, Jon Wayne staff called to set up the appointment for me. They worked with me to reschedule when I asked for a later time. When Eddie came today for the tune-up on my air conditioning unit, he was courteous, asked if I had any questions and went about his job quickly and efficiently. It was refreshing that Eddie didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services.
