While he did not hear the noise I called about in his examination of the system, he heard it with me during is summary. He still said the sound was normal. (I'd never heard that sound before and it is routinely heard now when the a/c cycle is slowing the motor to a stop). No actual repairs were done/made. I accept his explaination of the noise (a kind of brief vibration sound).
