The 2.5 year old system has never worked properly, with over 60 service calls. Every visit results in a component replacement, or an excuse about why the system is not working efficiently. They have tried to blame City Public Service for the last issue, but were caught in an outright lie. The y continue to promise to "get on the problem" and to find a "suitable solution" but to no avail. When the warranty expires, the unit will need to be replaced, due to ongoing extremely high repair cost.
