I was skeptical about buying a new system because I thought they would try to "over sell" a unit; suggesting one too big or too expensive. After their assessment, they determined that I needed just a slightly bigger model to obtain the affects I wanted. They were very professional and timely with installation, paying extreme attention to detail. I cannot be happier with my unit. It cools quickly and quietly and so far has exceded all of my expectations. Thank you Jon Wayne for making me a believer!!!
