A tech came for yearly service, air conditioner worked fine before he came. Then my thermostat began to blow heat on 77 degrees, wake up next day it’s blowing cold air at 74 degrees. It blew all the time, you could not stop it no matter what temperature you used. Received my electric bill of $230.. this month from $96.00 the previous bill. Tech said I needed $1,400.00 of service on a 5 year conditions.
