The tech, Brandon, was so professional and courteous. I also liked that he explained things in everyday terms I could understand. He was here at 4:pm and stayed until he found the problem and did not leave until almost 8:30pm. I sure did appreciate it because it had been so hot for days until I called. It was nice and cool when he left.
