Had an appointment for 6 Dec. Mary (receptionist?) called to inform me the technician would be at my house at 1100. Joseph Munera, technician, came on time at 1100, introduced himself and proceeded to the HVAC units. He showed me pictures while explaining his findings and the remedies. He was very courteous, professional and thorough. He has been the best technician to work on our units since we acquired them. I would highly recommend him and hope to see him next year for our annual HVAC maintenance. Every employee, from the receptionist to the technicians, have been nothing but professional and courteous. Excellent company!
