The jon Wayne’s technician screwed up. Then lied about it, costing me over $2000 to replace a master circuit board. I watched as he plugged in the circuit board while the breakerswitch was closed. There was a big spark. My circuit board ware fried. The technician refused to admit he had caused the damage. I offered to take a lie detector test. Jon Wayne’s leadership refused. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! Everytime I see their ad on tv I remember how the company technician and leadership let profits overcome taking care of the customer. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!!! DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE!!!!
