Stay away from this company!!!

All they want to do is sell you stuff that may or may not be necessary. When you call for help they will qualify you right away. You tell them your issue and if your system is older they have a chance to sell you a new one they will book you right away. If your system is newer then they can't sell you a new one so they will not be in any hurry to get to your house.
It's all about selling you! Don't buy it!

Moriah, at Jon Wayne we have a specific code of ethics that not only do all of our employees follow. One of them is to always tell the truth and never offer anything to a customer that they do not need. And with all due respect Ms. Smith, the way we schedule our calls is solely based upon our availability and call volume, with the exception of our Rescue Club members. Rescue Club members do receive priority service. We do not qualify our customers when they call for service, we simply ask what problems they are having, ask for basic contact information, let them know what service call charge is and book the call based upon our availability. I did try to look into your account to see exactly what transpired and to see which technician was out to your home, but I do not see a Moriah Smith anywhere in our system. Can you please provide me with your address so I can look into this for you? Thanks
