Run! Stay Away!

We have tried since our unit was installed to figure out why our house is always so muggy.. here it is years later we are still paying for a system that doesn't work. Our house feels like we live in the rainforest!

I just found out that I don't have to have Joh Wayne service our equipment and have had 3 different companies take a look and some how they all came back saying the exact same thing! Pretty crazy! Given that I have been told since Jon Wayne installed my unit, that is was perfect and nothing was wrong with it.

If that was the case I would not have to keep my thermostat at 68 just to somewhat lift the humidity. At this point we are looking into how we can get out of our contact. Do we need to hire a lawyer or what? I am sick of going to bed in wet sheets and a freezing cold yet soggy house! Not to mention the air ducts that clearly have mold and dust being blown into our breathing air. No wonder my son is on all kinds of meds.. This has gone on long enough! We want this piece of junk gone!

You DO NOT get what you pay for with this company... We honestly feel robbed and backed into a corner! STAY AWAY! In fact turn and run!

Ms. Johnson,
We have been out to your home on several different occasions to address the humidity concerns. We have done extensive testing on the equipment we installed, the duct work, and the home. We have concluded the AC system is working to it's designed parameters. Upon one of
Our inspections our technician performed a blower door test on the home where we found your homes infiltration rate is 30% higher than it should be. This means that large amounts of outdoor air are being introduced into your home. Our technicians pointed out to you an area on the back portion of your home that was damaged or had rotted through, which is pulling in outdoor air. Have you had this repaired? You are currently not signed up on any contract with our company, you used to be on our rescue club, which is our service plan but that has been cancelled for some time. It has been a while since the equipment has had any cleaning/maintenance, and it is more than likely due to have the filter replaced. I would be more than happy to get someone out to your home to take care of this for you and to ensure there are no issues with the system at this time. Please call the office at your convenience and I will get this scheduled for you.
