I had a horrific time dealing with the company that had been working on my a/c. It went down 3 times in less than 2 months. This last time which was 2 days ago I called Rosenberg a/c again. They came out, looked at it, and said it would cost 775.00 to fix it. Long story short they ended up refusing repair with out cash up front or credit card. Well I don't have that kind of cash that I can just pull out of the bank and hand over plus our credit card didn't have that much of a balance on it. Frustrated, HOT, overwhelmed, and not to mention taking the day off of work because they told me they would be there in the morning to fix it- I called Jon Wayne a/c. The woman who I spoke with on the phone was very compassionate and understanding. I was in tears I was so frustrated. I don't know her name but she knows who she is by our phone conversation. Love, Love her THANK YOU!!!!!!!! The two gentlemen that came over that day were J.J. and Alfredo. What a wonderful pair of men. Thoughtful, kind, professional, GODLY!!!!! I am very impressed. They also informed me that the previous company left my a/c unit in disrepair when they last worked on it because of the fire hazard they left behind. Praise the Lord we didn't burn to the ground and He sent me to YOU for help. I can't praise you all enough for everything. I truly feel Blessed having dealt with your company and wonderful staff. Never mind the fact that John Wayne is my hero anyway. "Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyway", my favorite John Wayne quote. I also wanted to say thank you for the use of the window units. I slept very well last night and my husband is sleeping well now. THANK YOU!!!!!!
