It is wonderful to have someone who cares as much about your home as you do. The work I have had done is always done quickly, neatly, and to my satisfaction. The technician. Richard, made sure I understood what was being done and when finished, he went over everything to make sure I was satisfied. The work area was left cleaner than when he arrived. I can't imagine ever having anyone other than Jon Wayne do my heating, air conditioning, or plumbing needs.
