We are very pleased with the service we received from Jon Wayne employees. They worked our situations out to best accommodate our budget and with our home time schedules.
Jon Arispe who had did the initial visit was very knowledgeable of our situations and sensitive to our needs. My mother is set in her ways when it comes to people coming to our home she likes to deal with familiar faces and she enjoyed Jon A. and trusted him. When Jon was not available Jon recommended Shaun Neidig who my mother also enjoyed getting to know and trusts. Both these gentlemen represented your company with the utmost respect and sensitivity. Thanks John and Shaun for your help, professionalism and great service!! we would also like to thank Emilio Gonzales and his helper for doing a great job with the redirection of the water flow and respect they showed for our home while they worked. I thank you for going out of your way to please my mother.. So thank you very much guys!! These days its not easy trusting just anyone to come to the home.
