The technician, Shaun, arrived in a timely manner. He listened to me while I explained what what was going on. Wrong filters, water leaking from unit, damaged filter holder....

He methodically took care of each problem. He also explained that sometimes the wong filters are placed in the filter boxes, this was one of those cases.

He cleaned the drain, stopped the leak, changed the filter with the correct size. The only thing not done was replace the frame holding the filters (it is broken, warped, an one latch gone...I told the person who called me to set up the tech, about it) apparently he did not get this information. He said he would make the office aware this was needed, the frame to be replaced. Everything else was done to satisfaction. Shaon explained each step he took. Asked if there were questions before he left.
