3rd Annual AC Service was done by Deron, technician with Jon Wayne, who explain what all he would be doing. He also explain options available to me besides the Gold Service Plan I had. He gave me recommendation but did not pressure me. He gave me good information which really helps to understand with what is going on. He spent approximately 1.5 hrs going thru and verified AC system was in excellent working order. I felt comfortable when talking with Deron. In my mind employees actions are what make a company good or bad and Deron represent Jon Wayne very well. From a Very satisfied Customer.
