The tech that arrived at our home disregarded my husband when he told him the compressor was not turning on, and went straight to check out the inside air handler unit. He pointed out several non-relevant issues as if he were trying to sell a new complete unit. Once he finally went outside, he fumbled through his trouble shooting steps for 1.5 hours before finally coming to the conclusion that there was a problem with the compression. He quoted us $3500 for a new compressor and continued to tell us the problems may extend beyond that once he replaced the compressor and that we may need a new unit. At that point, we decided to get a second opinion. We had a tech from a competing company out within two hours. Once on location, he identified that the problem was with the capacitor and starter. Total price to fix was $697...total time to fix was 30 minutes. Do Not trust this company with your business!!!!!!!!!!
