I had recently seen Jon Wayne's ad on KSAT for the Ultimate A/C Service for $179.00. It sounded like a really good deal. I called them this morning, they said they could have a Tech to my house around Noon. The same day, Wow, I'm impressed already. I got a call around 12:30pm that the Tech was enroute. Technician Jon Alvarez arrived shortly thereafter, asked me what my concerns were, then took inventory of our system and got to work. He worked on our system for about 4 hours. He took time to show my wife and I everything he was doing, what we needed and what was good. He found that our previous company servicing our A/C had not cleaned certain important areas, he did not bad-talk the other other company, he merely stated he was going to make sure it was done right. By the time he was finished our system which is about 8 years old was working much more efficiently. It was obvious to me that our hometown (Boerne) service company was not performing the service we expected and certainly not what we needed. Jon Alvarez made sure he put on shoe booties everytime he came in the house. He was polite, dressed in a company uniform and obviously very good at his job. Afterwards, when he presented us the bill, he made suggestions as to how to keep our system running at it's peak performance and offered services that met our intentions and our budget. Needless to say, we are now Jon Wayne Customers for good. KUDO's for a job well done and a good value for our $$$$$$.
