My wife called for service and the technician came out. He thought he had fixed the problem, but promised to return if it persisted. Later that evening, our A/C went out again and Misty called for help. The same technician showed up quickly, and I was immediately impressed.
The gentleman showed up in a clean uniform and with a ready smile and handshake. He seemed to be to be happy to be there and helping us, despite it being after hours. His desire to be helpful showed itself throughout his entire visit. He took time to inspect everything, even things he didn't expect to have a problem with, and he took time to explain what he was doing each time I stepped out to check on him. Not once did my wife or I ever get any feeling from him other than a sincere desire to do a good job and treat us fairly.
Are technician was very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Most of all, he was friendly and seemed to greatly enjoy his job. Being a business owner myself, I know how rare quality employees are, and this fellow was an absolute gem. Please pass on my compliments to his management, and my sincerest suggestion that they do everything they can to keep him employed and happy. People like this are rarely "stuck" in a job and can move anytime they desire, so keep him as long as you can.
