Most professional, honest a/c and heating company I have ever dealt with.
My a/c went out on July 4th. Called Jon Wayne and received an appt between 10am -2pm on the 5th. Received a call on the 5th @ 7:28 wanting to see if they check on my problem earlier. When does that ever happen? My technician arrived 45 minutes later. presented me his business card, and immediately told me my system was still under warranty and there would be no charges for the repair. He put on foot covers, checked the thermostat, went outside to check the unit, and had the problem diagnosed in less than 15 minutes, which was a bad capacitor. Double checked all amps, volts, and pressure temps. Couldn't have asked for a more courteous, honest, and professional service advisor!
