Would like to commend the technicians Cobey and Roger for the excellent work they did. They were both very patient with me, taking the time to answer my questions related to the process of replacing a mini-split air handler to include providing me guidance on care instructions. They were also very thorough in the removal and replacement of my damaged system. They did not rush the job, taking the time to make sure it was done right the first time! They even fixed some issues I had from the original installation of this system. My experience from beginning to end has been an excellent one with Jon Wayne and would definitely recommend this company. Yes, maybe you pay a little more, but nothing beats peace of mind when having a company do A/C work in your home.
