Especially liked, they call to let you know they are on the way. Was told technician would do a 2 hour inspection, only took about an hour. Like to think that was because my system (13 years old) has been well maintained over the years. My technician was polite, and explained how my a/c system was working/not working up to standards. Technician had some recommendation and he was not pushy, left the final decision up to me. Job well done, will recommend and use Jon Wayne's services again.
