Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning has done repair and maintenance work for us. We call them prior to every summer to check out our AC system and make sure that everything is working properly because it gets so hot here in the summer. They always show up on time and call ahead to let us know when they are coming and which technician they are sending. When it was raining and muddy recently, the technician was so courteous and put slip covers over his shoes before coming into the house.

They also are upfront and honest about what we need or do not need for our system. For example, when I thought there was a problem, I called Jon Wayne Heating & Air and they sent Cesar out right away. He inspected everything and said it looked fine. The steam that I had seen turned out to be a result of the weather, and Cesar told me that he did not need to do any work on the unit. They also are frank about price. If there is a particular part they know that I need, they will call it in and let me know how much it will cost. I highly recommend them.
