I have enjoyed my new system, even though I've learned a few things about it that cause me some concern. It could be because I just don't know alot about the system yet, but so far Jon Wayne has been there for me when I called (with the exception of the time I requested a winter check-up before I fired up the heating system Perhaps if that had been done when I requested a minor problem Jon Wayne serviced could have possibly been prevented.
