On Friday morning, July 13, Cobey Kelley, Adrian Rodriguez and Eddie Ramos showed up at our home to install a heating & air conditioning system. They immediately encountered problems due to our small attic space and they called in their 'engineer' to come to our home & check the situation. We had been informed on Wednesday by the salesman that their 'engineer' would be working on details of the system that would be installed. Needless to say, it took most of Friday for the engineer and us to come to a resolution on a system that could work in our home and on top of that--call in an electrician for additional labor/costs. Cobey, Adrain & Eddie were very professional and patient while waiting for new materials and they really worked hard to advance the job as quickly as possible. They continued to work thru the afternoon rain storm and did not leave until they had one system cooling part of our house (which was around 8:30 p.m.) Cobey, their lead guy, is a model worker/leader and should be commended for his work ethics. Special thanks also go out to Adrian & Eddie, you guys were very respectful and totally impressed us with knowledge of your job. Good luck with your profession and may God bless you.
