This is our 2nd experience with you guys. First, great. 2nd, great. The "full range" of care given to the need is just wonderful. It isn't cheap, but it won't break the bank. You pay for what you get, and these guys give the full dollar value of the contract. I have no doubt that this work will last a LONG time. In the next 3 years we will have to replace this unit...and I am sure you know where we will go. I appreciate that you always let us know what you know we need, (new unit), and the fact that you let us gracefully decline due to financial reasons without any pressure. This reason and the overall quality of the work makes you guys our guys.
