I have had many of service men in my home to do rapairs, but I have never seen the professionalism that John Wayne serv men have. All I can think is that John Wayne must have a great trainning program going on. There is not one question you can't ask that they do not know the answer and also can repair it. Yes we paid a lot for our new AC, but the service we get from John Wayne is worth every dollar. All our friends and family know how please we are with the service, and product from John Wayne. Hope they never change there service.
