LIARS! EVERYONE LIES LIES LIES

BUYERS BEWARE! EVERYTHING THEY TOLD ME WAS A LIE. They totally mislead me during the entire process. Save yourself time, money and emotional distress and shop elsewhere.

I have to respectfully disagree. You had ordered an item that was special order, non returnable. There was a back order date and you had received notification. I wish we could have sent the material back but the manufacturer does not allow that, and communication was always present.
