The WORST service ever!!!
They messed up my order, I was sent another parties order. I had to call, call, call, and call to get anything corrected. When I did get my order there were damaged items. I had to call and call till I was blue in the face. I jumped threw all their hoops, submitting the BOL , photos showing and noting the damages. I was told the damaged items would be replaced; not true. I was told I would get a refund, that was not true either. Gino tried to black-mail me into giving a favorable YELP review, if I wanted a immediate refund for the damaged goods, then he told me it may take over 120 days while the company attempts to collect damages from the shipper or manufacture. This is drug out long enough so you have no recourse to contest the charges threw your credit card or band.... This company did not respond to the BBB complaint, nor the State Attorney Generals Complaints, I lodged. VERY POOR SERVICE, if you choose to try your luck with them, be prepared to loose your money.... I for one do not believe the positive reviews, I have seen after Gino's attempt to Blackmail me into a YELP Review, to receive a refund I doubt I would of even gotten.
