Received broken and wrong color tiles
I purchased about $10,000 worth of tiles from these guys in January '16. No problem with service initially and the tiles arrived as we discussed.
The tiles arrived with about $300 worth of broken tiles, which they tell me they could do nothing about. First problem, which I have not been able to resolve with them.
2nd problem - my contractor continues to lay the tiles while I work on the broken tile dispute, and I find out that they sent several boxes of tiles that were slightly different color than the one I ordered!! We were laying 1000s of sqft of tile so the contractor could not catch it, but after the fact (After it's been installed with thin-set and grout) it is quite obvious.
I reached out to them to try to resolve this, but have not been able to get a hold of them
Looking back at it now, I would pay a few extra $ to make sure I get the appropriate service.
AVOID. Period.
