The reviews really scared me, fortunately I read them after I placed my Tile order. I was extremely concerned that I had made a terrible mistake ordering from Quality Flooring 4 Less but I had no reason to be concerned. My tile arrived at the warehouse I chose only 4 days after I paid for my tile. The tile was picked up from the Mohawk distribution center so please know that the merchandise is in no way seconds and does come from the distributer. You have to be smart when you order, allow for breakage in shipping, make sure you order enough square feet. Mistakes made by the consumer and breakage that happens in shipping is in no way the fault of this company. I am a very happy customer with an incredible newly installed porcelain floor.
