BEWARE!! Do not buy here!!!

BEWARE!! These guys charged me before I signed the CC authorization and would not issue a refund despite my informing them I did not want to proceed with the order. The owner was extremely responsive BEFORE the charge and then I could not get ahold of him despite multiple calls and emails. They told me the product shipped only a few hours after the order despite confirmation I received from the manufacturer that the order hadn’t even been processed on their end yet. They proceeded to have the product shipped and claimed that I would owe a 25% restocking fee, despite this NEVER being disclosed other than on the credit card authorization form which I DID NOT SIGN but rather told them I did not wish to order the product.

They also go under several different business names including Ker Tiles and AX flooring gallery. BEWARE!

STAY AWAY. I will post a YouTube video with all the email trails. Look up “Qualityflooring4less.com scam” in YouTube.

Hello Anthony, I appreciate the feedback but I wish you would disclose all relevant information.

Odd you didn't mention in the review you had already ordered a box, picked it up at the Shaw warehouse and then called to place your second order.

When you placed the order you specifically mentioned to "rush the shipment ASAP". Since you were a repeat customer we pushed Shaw to move your material The material was already loaded on a truck from the distribution center.

And not to split hairs but you had called to hold the order. The call was the following day, not a "few hours after order confirmation".

Probably the most frustrating thing is why would you complete an order and ask us to expedite the material if the product wasn't what you had wanted? Especially since you already had ordered the sample box to see the floor firsthand.

Shaw unfortunately charges a restock fee. We had asked 3 times for an accomidation return but the Illinois warehouse doesn't stock the material. The terms/conditions of sale were even on your first invoice you had paid.

Lastly in fairness you had several follow up conversations with our team and we even sent pricing for the other 2 floors that were up for consideration. We are responsive and will call you tomorrow to see how we can make this work.
