DAMAGED FLOORING

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE MY FLOORING ALMOST 7000 IN 5 DAYS.WELL 5 DAYS TURNED INTO OVER 2 WEEKS.THE TILE WAS DROPPED OFF IN MIDDLE OF STREET.THEN TILE IS DAMAGED.WE HAD TO GO THROUGH EVERY BOX TO PICK OUT DAMAGED TILES.I HAVE SENT THEN MANY MANY PICTURES.I WAS TOLD AN INSPECTOR WAS COMING TO CHECK TILE.THEN I WAS TOLD INSPECTOR WAS THERE AND SPOKE WOTH ME.ANOTHER LIE.NOW IM TOLD THEY NEED MORE PICTURES BEFORE AN INSPECTOR WILL COME OUT.PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF GRIEF AND DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.AS SOON AS I GET HOME I WILL POST PICTURES OF THIS QUALITY FLOORING THAT IS CRACKED,SCRATCHED UP AND HAS RANDOM BLACK LINES GOING THROUGH IT.

Hi Lisa, I do know about your experience and what you had described might be part of the rustic nature of the tile.

We want to help but you had indicated you threw out the pieces of flooring that you had claimed were defective. Unfortunately we can't file a claim if you have nothing to send to the manufacturer for comparison.

I had also reviewed the recorded phone conversations and your salesperson told you that an inspector is an option to determine if there is a claim or not. I hate to disagree but not once did we represent an inspector was coming out at a certain date/time.
