I got the tile and it had 1 damaged box that i noted on the packing slip. I called them and they said that they would credit me but that took 4 months and several calls most of witch they don't answer. also when i started to lay the tile it had spots of wax on 95 percent of the pieces and at least 2 spots about the size of a dollar. I called them once again and they took 4 days to get to me and said simple green would take it off but that did nothing. They said they would let me know how to get it off but i still have not heard from them. Of course i had to get my floor done and they know if they drag there feet you have to get the floor done somehow. so i spent 16 hrs cleaning them with a scrub pad and wax and grease remover. I stopped the credit card payment and then they contacted me to tell me they would pick them up and I told them they would be in a pile. Of course they have a sold as is clause in the sale agreement so the credit card had to pay them. So if you buy from them they have no responsibility to the condition you get them in. LOOK AROUND AND BUY FROM SOME ELSE. OR IT WILL COST YOU MORE FROM HERE
