Oak orchard has caused unnecessary suffering for me and my family due to their NON response. ( i have written to board about these... No response) Myself on 2 occasions. Both had to be dealt with by going to well now urgent care. and now they wont even call in refills.... Pharmacy has called them 2 times and i have called once, mine call was yesterday and the pharmacy still has not received the refill. Totally unacceptable.
