Impossible to reach anyone and very poor communication
When calling the Hornell Oak Orchard, I have left my name and number in the morning since no one picked up to answer the phone. No one returned my call. I am in the process of calling again. I have been on the line for 24 minutes so far. Also, they deny filling my daughter's ADHD prescription, but there's no communication about it. I have to find out from the pharmacy. When Dr. Mehr, customer service was top notch. Now, I feel that I need to find a new doctor for my daughter. it is terrible.
