The negative things you read are true. First, they never answer thier phones. Once you are on hold you will remain in thier endless loops of recordings. If you get a voicemailbox, you are told to leave a message and in 24 hrs your call will be returned. It's been over a month with several messages left...no return call. When you go to an appt you will sit, and wait some more. I truly hate dealing with this so called healthcare organization. Now a response will be given to my review. Read it. It will match all of the others they give. These are not new problems but ongoing, long term issues they still haven't resolved...read the prior posts...and look for a better, more professional healthcare provider.
