The doctors are good, however the staff is fat, lazy, and worthless. I called to try and get my son in for an ear ache and when I called the automated phone robot told me I was caller 21! I had to wait for an hour just to make a phone appointment!!!!! When I finally got there the women in reception were just takinging and bs'$@!#% wile the phones were lit up like Christmas trees....... Totally unprofessional. Worthless and not worth your time. Last couple of times me or my family has needed care we all had to go to urgent care. I don't know how this crappy place stays in business!!!!!
