I scheduled a dentist appt at oak orchard health, I've been waiting about 2 months. The day before my appt they called and said that I couldn't come to my appt because my son owes an outstanding bill at the drs office, not dentist from 2 years ago, when he had insurance, it either didn't cover or lapsed, either way hows that right to refuse me to see dentist and why wait until the day before to call and tell me, I could have been looking for another dentist while I was waiting for this appt. I'm just baffled how an office can refuse you like that.
