The office seems disinterested in trying to help anyone out and are more interested in small talk among themselves. The doctors vary from par for the very best to "How did this person get a license to practice". I've experienced both there. They do not follow up properly on referrals that leave you to do the work yourself to ensure the referrals are delivered to the appropriate place so you may make an appointment. This is concerning if you are in pain and need medical attention. Their solution is to just go to the emergency room. Fine for those that don't mind waiting and have coverage. for those that work with high deductible policies, I cannot afford to spend $1500 to walk into an emergency room for every ailment. These doctors also just refer - they do not seem to be capable to prescribe or fix anything beyond a band aid. Be careful too on what you discuss with your doctor - they will add more medical codes to your form and bill you for them even if they provide a single sentence response with no value. So fed up, I filed a complaint and will seek another doctor's office for me and my son. Stay away if you can.
