Everything went very well when I used Carl's Van Rentals. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful, professional, and friendly. One thing that I'd like would be for their website to inform customers about how the airport pick up/drop off process works. I would be put at ease if I could read how the process worked ahead of time. I would absolutely recommend them.
