I have used Excellence Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning two or three times in the past and I absolutely love them. Alex is fantastic. He does such a great job on the carpets. I actually tried to get in touch with them this week. They were very busy and said they would call me back. A couple of days later, Lupe left a message for me since I missed her call. I called back right away and left another message for her. I haven't heard from them since. I'm a little disappointed that it takes so long to get a callback. I really want Alex to do some more work for me. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
