Just recently, I went through the process of employment with Lisa Kutschman as the recruiter. The quality of professionalism was extremely poor. She seemed to always be rushed and with a bad attitude. I received phone calls after business hours. I communicated with Lisa about my situation, in hopes to work out a dates to begin on-line and on-site training and that communication fell on death ears.
The representation that was presented of Bear Staffing truly needs improving. Prior to this experience, I had not been treated with an unprofessional spirit as such.
