When Ryan arrived, his introduction, with a handshake, a smile, his card and a bottle of rug cleaner, definitely set the tone for his visit. A tiny detail like the yellow container with a light blue top and wonderful fragrance added to the positive beginning.

Finding myself always sitting in the same chair, in my den, left the dirt from my shoes to accumulate in the same place, over the years. I wasn't sure if cleaning would make a difference. Ryan cleaned the area, still with no strings attached to clean the whole area rug. Voila, my area rug looks beautiful. Now, the challenge is mine to take my shoes off when I go to my reading chair!!!!

Ryan was patient with my chatter and questions as he worked. Learning that it was a small local company, I was very impressed with the quality of their website, branding, small touches that make a difference and service.
