Fantastic, Except For One Caveat
I worked with Jeremy and the team of installers from Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup, and the entire process went very well; I was very happy with it. They did carpet work, stone work, tile work, luxury vinyl, along with the wall surrounding the fireplace. They did the job around the end of last year, so it's been approximately 90 days now, and they did a nice job. But, about five days ago, there was a suddenly-noticeable seam running through the carpet in the middle of the master bedroom. Right now it's not necessarily a problem because it just started, but what will happen a year from now? Will it fray? Will it get worse? Why would they have installed carpet with a seam running through the middle? I've had a great relationship with them until now, and so far nothing else is concerning me. I love it, it's fantastic, and they did a good job, but now we're starting to worry about that. Jeremy has said to contact him if we have any issues, so I'm hoping they will do something about the seam. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others, though right now I would put that on hold, until we can get this sorted out.
